Ok, I was getting too many flyers so I decided to start fresh, I reduced Huma reg pressure from the factory set 140 bar down to 120 bar, like other regulated guns I find it easier lower everything down and work up to find the guns sweet spot. I also backed out hammer tension screw the entire way. To lower reg pressure I find it easier to use the following method, cock gun, insert screwdriver into regulator adjustment slot and apply slight CW pressure, fire gun and for a split second screw will turn in easily. To increase pressure just screw CCW. My Crown insists on removing bottle and shoot gun once before reducing pressure, with the Huma this is not necessary but just to be safe I used my method mentioned above. I set up my Crony, loaded magazine with JSB Exact 16 gr pellets, to my suprise velocity was 885 fps, gun was easier to cock, quieter and not so jumpy when fired. Did a 20 shot string and velocity varied about 12 fps, I increased Huma reg pressure to 125 bar, gave hammer screw half a turn in and did another shot string. Velocity remained the same but shot to shot variation was reduced dramatically, I'm talking only 5 FPS over a 20 shot string. With gun dialed in to my liking I now set up a target at 40 yards, loaded up magazine again with JSB 16's and shot several 5 shot groups. Guess what, no more flyers, I then loaded magazine with 18 gr JSB's and velocity was 855 fps and same accuracy results. Just for fun I loaded up magazine with 14.34 gr JSB Exacts and velocity was 910 fps and same result as far as accuracy. One more side note, when I received Bantam from AoA Trigger pull was just under three pounds, I was able to adjust to one pound with the slight turn of the sear engagement screw. What does all this mean, these newer regulated guns are designed to be adjusted, don't be afraid to do the same with yours. My Bantam out of the box was not really that great but with a little time and patience I was able to dial in to my liking, now I can enjoy this gun for a long time to come. The hole below the fill cap with brass screw is the regulator adjustment.

AoA, If you set up any PCP correctly you can hear the difference, not using any more air than necessary is key, opening and closing valve as fast as possible makes gun more efficient and when done correctly increases shot count without reducing power. Gun was loud and muddy sounding before adjusting and power was not really much more than what I ended up with.

You don't have to completely remove the stock to reduce hammer tension, lay gun on left side, loosen screw located in hole at bottom of pistol grip (5mm allen key), position safety in the middle to clear stock. separate stock from action enough to access hammer tension screw slot at rear. Turn CCW to reduce. Slide action back into stock, tighten bolt and test gun.

Hack, I would first check your regulator pressure on Huma gauge, my gun is a .22 so your .177 might like a different pressure, if that was my gun I would set reg at 120bar and back out hammer tension screw until screw is flush with rear of action. Then shoot over Crony and increase hammer tension as needed. I ended up at 125 bar reg pressure and tension screw two full turn in from flush, every gun is different, the most important part is not trying to achieve max velocity rather to find what velocity your pellet shoots best at.After adjusting my Bantam as mentioned above I enjoyed shooting gun for hours today without any flyers.I did count number of shots and was just over 90 from a 240bar fill before falling off the reg.

Ok, so I played with it today and what an exhausting exercise. Took hammer screw all the way out and reduced the Huma to 100 bar. Shot a 10 shot group and was still getting 12fps and a stdev. of 6.89. Screwed the Huma in to 110, half a turn on the hammer screw and now I was at 7 fps and stdev. of 2.84. Looked great. But I still can't get consistent groups. One time I get 5 shots less an half inch, and next time it's open to 1/2 inch or greater, these were at 30yds. So not sure what to go to next, but will keep trying...
