I have Diana 48 I just added the hw 97 moderator , I just do not know if I messed up because it looks to me really good but it feels front heavy, and it’s too tight I’m not able to take it off, now I do not know if I messed up lol

did the moderator come in a Weinrauch tube and if so, it was a mod that has set screws and you just pushed it on with no ID play
a Weihrauch mod weights 4 ounces
rule number one if you force something on you will not get it back off
now Wolf moderators sell Weihrauch mods but they are not made by Weihrauch confusing yes and they are made with steel
all Weihrauch modsm have a way the take the front cap off with a hex wrench or torks bit and i would tell you what size but i don't know it looks to be 7mm because it ain't a 6 or 8mm

It’s not that moderator it’s the one as a barrel weight like this, Diana 48 has the same size barrel, 15 mm like hw 97 tha is what it fits but it’s too tight I can not take it out

I got an adapter stuck on my 48 one time. It was such a precise fit that the burs from the set screws dug into the barrel and would not come off. I had to cut it off with a dremel, $50 lesson learned. I ground down the bottom of the barrel where the set screws go and everything is good now. Good luck!

Yup it happens ,,,right now I’m ok with it I want to keep it like that even though it feels front heavy I like how it looks and soothing it’s quiet that before I just don’t like the fact I can not take out if I want to but I will leave for now

I have been looking for moderators for a HW50 and possibly a HW95. I checked the wolf site and didn’t see these. Is there website a bit out of date? If not, do you happen to know who else might have them, my googling hasn’t yielded any results.

This is a front brake muzzle For he 97 I just adapted it to the 48 , which barrel it’s 15 mm , there is picture of the one muzzle brake you can get ,
