Does anybody know the size threads on the barrel, its a very thin barrel and when I tried to put a muzzle device its too big and the barrel is too small.

ALso when I use the muzzle protector its too small and 1/2x20 unf barrel is too big.

That probably would not work. The chaser threaded portion on the pistol barrel is quite small - smaller than the normal LDCs threads. The LDC from the rifle barrel would fit, but you have to get past the loctite used to fasten it to the rifle barrel.
