Front sight detail, cut a groove in the shroud and a step in the sight blade for the two to fit together. The i.d. of the SS tube is 14mm. The o.d. of the sight body was 14.15mm so I had to file just a little off to get it to slide into the tube. Press fit was very tight. It’s not going to rotate!

I’ve also chrono’d mine and it’s settled in @ 420 fps with RWS Diablo Basic 7.0gr pellets.

Drilled and tapped the trigger blade for a 4-40 set screw for the trigger travel adjustment. ALOT less take up now!

Also added weight to the handle frame with lead shot and black silicone sealant. Taped one side, put in some silicone, added the shot and mixed it up to keep it from rattling and topped it off with a layer of silicone and sealed with tape to smooth it over and allow to cure. Added maybe 2-3 oz of lead shot.

Can be completely removed if/as needed. Just push out the “weight plugs”.

The blue painters tape keeps it from getting on the inside of the grips and gives the silicone a nice smooth finish once cured.
