Tuning Did I damage my impact MK II

I accidentally fired the gun with the cocking lever open. Now I can get slug speed past 775 when it was shooting close to 935. Solutions? What needs fixed?

Probably breech oring.

THAT WAS IT. I could see no damage to the O ring and it was in place but changing it WORKED Thank you Cahill_2 and 8thman
