Did I tune my P-ROD for maximum power?

So I followed a tutorial to tune my PROD. I'm going for maximum power without replacing anything. Right now I have base fill of 2500 PSI and I can get 2 magazines in before it drops to 1800 PSI. My settings are

Hammer Spring Preload Adjustment: 7 turns (CW) from full (CCW)
Hammer Throw Adjustment: 1 turn (CW) from full (CCW)

I'm using 21.12gn beeman kodiak copper plated, I'm trying to reach 20 FPE and I can't tell if I have since I don't have a chrony just yet. I'm just wondering if the settings I tuned it to is the maximum you can increase the power to.

i think you about right on your turns but power wise its going to be more about the transfer port if its stock you air flow is still limited so hitting the 20fpe mark is gonnas be tough stock

Should I be hitting atleast 17 FPE right now?

You can measure the pellet drop over a known distance. Once you know the two measurements, you can use strelok to give a good idea what your power is. I believe you can use chairgun pro too
