DIN OR CGA347

I have a 3300 psi SCUBA tank that worked great with my Sumatra 2500 .22. With the Airwolf when the tank is full I can get 210 bar on 2 fills, then its down to 190 after 8 fills or so.
So I bought a SCBA 60 minute tank BOD 2008 was hydro's last August. This has the CGA347 valve. WOW the fill stations for these are expensive! My question / observation is. it seems to be better (cheaper) to change that valve out and replace it with a DIN. The DIN fill stations are way less money.
The other option I see is to buy SCUBA yoke block to SCBA adapter. This way I could use the SCUBA to get to whatever fill pressure it will do and then top off with the SCBA
Am going to get the grandson into a low end gun, so would have two air sources. I get air for nothing right now, But will eventually get a compressor.
Your guys thought and ideas are always appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Personally, I wouldn't mess with the valve assembly that screws into the bottle. You could go the route of SCBA to SCUBA but, it adds another piece to the puzzle. Northshorecompressor.com probably has something like what you need.
Then, there's just biting the bulet and getting set up for SCBA. The hand tight CGA's are more expensive than the wrench tight option. Depending on how often you're on and off, you might consider the wrench tight to keep the cost down.
I think it ultimately depends on your lifestyle and especially your refilling options. If you SCUBA, or get filled at a SCUBA shop then, I'd move towards those options. If you only use your HP air bottles for airguns, I'd stick with SCBA. They seem to be smaller, lighter, and hold good pressure.

Good deal. Make sure your dive or paintball shop can fill CGA347. My dive shop has an adaptor that is Yoke to CGA347, or you can use your new fill rig with a male to male foster adaptor. They’re about $7 in eBay. Not sure if EBay still has the Yoke to CGA347 or DIN to CGA347. Most dive shops have a box of all sorts of adaptors. Also, if you have your own compressor then the above is moot.
