RTI Diy prophet cheek rest

This is my solution to cold cheeks, turned up really good, and cheap as dirt .I try to Imitate the p3 cheekrest ,made a couple of cardboard templates to decide the shape and with a piece of 50mm pvc pipe cuted in lenght and a heat gun to shape it (its super easy) then sanded and painted mate black.
I don't have pictures of the process ,sorry.
But I will ad a nice one of my setup later.
I should make one for my taipan compact now.

Looks awesome! Just one improvement to make it look factory: use black flathead screws and recess them in the plastic.

Believe me that I searched everywhere here in my country those flat head m3 longer screws but couldn't find it, those Philips screws kill my eyes , the stock ones are short for securing the cheek rest .I will keep searching, it's the last touch that I need .

You bet.. it moved to the top of my Winter project list... That is a great idea...I have a couple of neighbor boys (well young men now...in college) that use to walk to my house and show me bows they made from PVC. I had never thought of making a much needed cheek rest for my P1 RTI rifles.

Thanks! But I would have to do something similar to an import, it's not that easy from here. It would cost too much for just a few screws.

The rti is shooting knockouts .25 at 905 fps lr barrel. 130bar with digital gauge at the rear
