DIY Shoot n C targets

[Sprocket]

Stolen from Utube videos.
One sheet yellow or other bright colored sheet construction paper.
Cover one side with 2" or 3" wide clear packing tape.
Paint black with rattle can spray paint.
Let dry.
Instant Shoot n C targets a lot cheaper than boughten'

I could see this having some limited applications, but generally my time is worth more than the money I'd be saving.
