Show us your DIY spring compressors

I have used this one for years. I remove the barrel on longer guns but wanted to show you with one in it. Cost around $50

I made this compressor from plans found in an old Beeman Airgun Journal. I modified the plans to accommodate materials I had on hand.. To make the compressing part, I used allthread and an old umbrella handle. To hold the power plant in place, I used 1/16" metal strips cut from an old commercial air handler case. I glued rubber, cut from an old innertube on the bottom of each piece to prevent scratching the surface of the power plant. The heavy wire piece on the front allows me to hang it up when not in use.
