DNT zulus 5-20 mounting bracket question

Can the included 0 moa bracket be attached to the optic facing either direction? I'm about to maybe order one but I'm worried I won't be able to get the eye relief where I want it.

That's perfect, I was actually looking at it backwards online. That's how I need mine. Around 9 inches from shoulder is what i usually do. I ended up ordering one today. I will hopefully try it out on Monday. I'm definitely looking forward to it. Just about half the length and weight of my arken 6-24. Thanks for the picture
