Do all .25 or .30 shoot slugs?

They will shoot them, but not necessarily shoot them well.

Maybe. Most probably will, but you won't know until you try them out. Pretty much like auditioning pellets, but finickier.

It depends. My guns were designed around JSB pellets (FX Original Smooth Twist barrels) & will not shoot em worth a damn. I hear the majority of choked barrels are problematic with slugs.

It’s actually more difficult to shot slugs in a 25 or 30 than it is in a 22 or even 177. Mostly due to power levels. The heavier the projectile, the more air needed to push it. Slugs need faster speeds to stabilize, so without a super powerful rifle, it’s difficult to shoot them well.
Some will say they shoot slugs at slower speeds, and yes it’s possibly, but the benefits of a slug greatly diminish as the speed decreases. Those guys shooting them at lower speed usually aren’t shooting them super long distances, and there’s not much point to shooting slugs if you’re staying under 100yds. Heavy pellets will do just fine at bucking the wind at those distances.

While many pellet barrels often don't shoot slugs well, some have had luck with the FX Hybrid slugs in them, in part because they tend to be a bit smaller in size. You could always try them.
