Do Tuxing compressors work for topping off SCBA tanks

( My main question is do the tuxing branded filters with the cotton desiccant and charcoal work. I have invested $2000 plus into a FX Crown and I don't want to ruin it. I plan on later getting a omega turbo charger but for the time being so I don't have to drive a hour in a half to get my tanks filled and stop practicing for EBR I'm getting a tuxing.) Please help me out I only considered buying a tuxing after hearing about their 2 year warranty on main parts and if it doesn't work out of the box they pay for the shipping sending it back. All the information I'm given will be appreciated thanks in advance if I don't thank you in a reply.

I have a YH compressor, just died, but I bought a vertical repackable drainable filter for mine. The pump gives you air, the filter keeps your gun safe.

Ill probaby be selling rhe filter now that the compressor is toast.

A good rule of thumb is around $250 on filtration components (housings, filter components and plumbing) for the low cost compressors.

All of this is personal opinion, but these inexpensive compressors are not ready for prime time as delivered. Will they pump up your gun?.......certainly, but you have cooling issues, you have charge air quality issues and you have some safety issues. Please note I am not critiquing the compressor......yet. I have a brand new one and it's still in the box. I will not use it until these short comings are resolved. You get what you pay for. Eyes wide open.
