I have been researching this same thing. I want to start a service and I think an LLC is the first place to start to cover your tail. I have asked other people who do this what they do and primarily it’s just dudes with permission from land owners to come and do it. It’s usually not for money since if it is it isn’t taxed and that’s not quite legal to do that haha. Best of luck though on getting it going.
