Does anybody know of 30 cal molds

I have a hatsan bully thats not picky on ammo, however my hatsan carnivore and aea challanger are picky and trying ammo is a challange, .300 molds are too narrow and want to try .301, .302, maybe .303 but unable to find any available, any info would be appreciated.

Not sure. You may have to special order those. That or go larger and size them down if that’s possible with pellets. I’ve read about pellet sizers, but I’m not familiar with how they operate. Found these though https://noebulletmolds.com/site/product-category/308-311/

African Air Ordinance has a 30 cal clone pellet molds. Worth the wait.

What is the deal with their claiming to sell JSB molds? Are these just knock offs and they’re not subject to copyright infringement or what’s going on there? “30 cal JBS KING Diabolo single cavity mold”?

those seem like some very expensive molds. Over 3x times the price of my 4 cavity brass .347 mold from mp molds

Just a thought, would it be posible to buy an undersized slug mold and simply have it drilled to preferred diameter? Has any of you tried it.

I have seen some posts about people getting their molds altered vaguely along these lines. No idea how to find it using search though I have not had a good luck with that here. The discussion might also have been at the GTA forum so look / ask there as well. .

Arsenal molds will build a mold to order and they can make it whatever diameter you want. you can also choose the number of cavities add/eliminate lube grooves - Just pick one that interest you and then either in the order or via email let them know exactly what you need. if they are not overly busy they can turn an order around surprisingly quickly - a few weeks. I have ordered two molds from them and they have both been perfect.

I saw somewhere some people are coating their slugs to perfect the size issue. Can't remember if they were powder coating or what they were using . They talked off expiramenting with one or multiple coats to get the seat right in the barrel. I thought it was an interesting idea but I'm not shooting slugs yet so I don't recall the specifics.

Take a look at Accurate Molds EPPUG molds in 30 cal. and they will cut to your desired diameter then you can size smaller if needed

Do you need .30 or really .308? Need to push a pellet through and measure. Also need to know if the barrel has a choke, you'll want a size closer to the breech than to the choked size (generally).
