Does anyone know a source for a neoprene "jacket" for the Air Venturi 74 cu. ft. carbon tank?

I am looking for one to buy, or someone who has made one for advice on sizing and construction.
Thank you for any information available. I am thinking about a design with a top zipper and sewn-in handle
support; flat bottom (end) outside with neoprene inner insert contoured to be compatible with the round tank bottom.

I made this out of head liner material with velcro sewed on each end. Bought the material at Jo Ann's fabric shop just for some added protection. The tank (Great White) has a boot on the bottom.

I must be lazy. I have fourteen years of professional (WAS my career that paid my bills) sewing experience, and this is what I did LOL

Went to China Freight Tools and bought the (pretty decent quality) tool bag and went to an auto body shop and asked for the huge, thick bubble/foam wrap bag that a replacement car bumper gets shipped in. All body shops get them and throw them away.
Came home and used scissors to cut the foam bag up to the proper dimension, used a little tape to hold to the bottle. Next cut the bottom end in a flower petal like pattern and folded all petals inward. More tape. Lastly, now the fiberglass filament/strapping tape to really keep the new ‘protector’ together on the bottle.
All done. 35$. Sure it’s ghetto, but my bottle isn’t trying to impress anyone. Maybe in the future if it does, it will wear a Saber Tactical valve, but I doubt it.
