Donnyfl back up? Or scam site?

A friend just sent me a link to donnyfl site that showed moderator for sale again, but it’s a different site

Anyone know if this is a scammer site? Or is it really true that Donny is back in business? I’d think the YouTube fellas would be all over this!

I added another item to my cart and went to pay with PayPal. It did show the Paypal log in screen. I ran across a site with half price pellets and when I went to pay for them a Paypal screen showed up but it wasn't the log in screen. Needless to say I left the site after that.

Like I stated, I added a mod to my cart and it let me go to the payment option. I don't need a mod right now so I exited but do think that I could have bought one.

It could have just been about paperwork. If the US government has sanctions against a country then only US incorporated companies are barred from doing business with them. A International incorporated company can ignore the sanctions. Perhaps filling as DonnyFL International bypassed some setup governmental rule.

I guess the only thing that concerns me at this point is that there isn't a option to make an account. That's a bit odd. Anyway, a call or email to Donny will settle this.

However we had a very good face to face meeting with their lawyer two weeks ago and the enforcer who came to my shop. My lawyer explained to them why airgun moderators are not firearms and the importance of the Michael Crooker case. Although they agreed with us, they do not have the authority to overturn the firearm classification. However, they were very helpful and will get our info to headquarters and to someone who does have the authority to change it. Getting close, but we are still not selling within the US to show them that we are cooperating. I've set up a distribution center in Mexico to cater to my international dealers. Sorry for the confusion. Happy shooting guys! My goal is to have a letter at the end of this that states that airgun moderators are not firearms. This will be useful to the airgun community in case someone else gets questioned by authority on their legality.
