Hello everyone,
I just have to share my latest experience with the Forum Membership. As a lot of you know I shoot a lot of paper targets and have owned a lot of various guns. I sold the Crosman Challenger .177 cal recently because it was a single shot and so hard for me to load the small .177 pellet under a scope in the narrow breech.
So I have been looking for a “replacement” rifle in .22 caliber that had a magazine and hopefully as accurate as the Challenger. Over a month ago I purchased a new JTS Airacuda MAX in .22 caliber and have had some problems and that is another story.
Just over a week ago I purchased a new Niksan Ozark-TW in .22 caliber from DonnyFL and shot it a little bit but had an issue with it. Sent an email to DonnyFL and within an hour or so Israel ( Izzy ) called me on the phone and after a short conversation Izzy told me to send it back and he would send me a prepaid shipping label . The day after it was received back at DonnyFL, Izzy again called me on the phone and explained all the work he performed and why, and told me it was being returned that day via FedEx to me . He also had test shot the rifle and gave me the performance numbers and the pellets used for the test, WOW! He then told me to let him know at ANY time if I needed anything else, again WOW! .
This is truly “ole-fashioned” great customer service.
Now I cannot wait to start shooting holes in some paper targets.
