I bought a magazine for my impact. Shot it on Saturday. It was hanging up a little, Emailed Doug Saturday afternoon to see if there was some sort of adjustment. He called me right after to discuss what was happening with the magazine and after our discussion he would send me another mag right away. Now that is customer service! That is why I have bought several items from them
