o ring issue is the cause for most leaks. Either one was broken or not lubed properly and starting to crack.

You would have to pinpoint the area where the leak is (soapy water test) and replace the o rings in that area.

However, if this is a new rifle that shouldn't be happening and if you bought the rifle from a store/website you should be more than eligible for a return to swap it out for a gun with no issues. I would contact them and ask how to proceed.
