Needed some EZTap inserts so went with McMaster ... What a fine outfit always there with a good product at a fair price.

I'll have them in tomorrow. I think I will take the dremel and very gently round the edges of those holes this go round.

Can't find the POC that was in my mail.

This part has failed again. The actual pin itself failed.

Looking at them holes seems wount be long before the hole in the linkage wares through that thin side of things .. running short on metal in that area..

As far as the pin maybe you could harden it with a torch and oil quenching .? Maybe that linkage around the pin holes need that as well ..lol

I think you are right. I will just temper it all after final assembly.
