Air Venturi Dragonfly MK2 stuck bolt

I've shot probably 500 pellets through this. Had it for just under a year. I noticed the bolt was getting sticky to latch and unlatch (rotating it down into the catch). Now I cannot get the bolt handle to rotate into a locked/seated position no matter what. I cannot see any obstructions and the bolt seems to be going plenty far forward. I see no reason the handle shouldn't rotate into it's locked position. Any ideas? I am going to try to call about warranty service since I have a few days left but it seems like a very odd problem. I have no problem pulling the bolt back and cocking it or anything else. It simply won't rotate all the way down into the groove to lock.

can you remove the bolt and clean it ? I have a Benjamin Sheridan that was stuck , could not cock the bolt at all . finally got it apart and cleaned , now still very hard but workable .
Ya, could be packed in gunk from over time use.. lubed , drit/ dust , pellet trash/ dust... may of just packed the works..

I may have no choice but to remove it. I have never taken one of these apart and still in warranty so that wont happen unless I’m past warranty. It sure doesn’t look gunked up! I tried looking at the schematic for it and cant see what could be binding. It feels like a metal blockage preventing bolt rotation but i cant see where a backed out screw or something could be in the way.

I was single feeding pellets when this happened. Very strange. It became hard to even rotate the bolt out of locked position right before it got in its current inoperable state. Definitely a clean bore and no issues pushing the bolt far enough forward.

I'm curios too
Can you show us on a parts picture please, @HPP-Mechanic?

Re there any videos of disassembly?

Edward

If you look at the schematic, the suspect parts are the circled 30 on the hammer & 71 or 77 on the bolt. those parts work together to pull the hammer back as you pull the bolt rearward. My big gripe when I got the gun was the excessive bolt effort. A Diana Stormrider hammer spring makes the bolt way easier to pull back. Also, moly lube helps too.
Disassembly isnt too difficult, but not easy; as you have linkages and a pump tube, and barrel that need to be removed to get the bolt out.

This was the offending screw and brass spacer in case anyone finds it useful.
