These units are ~31mm by ~100mm and weigh ~2.0 ounces. These units have 1/2 UNF CUT threads. The resin that I am using takes threads beautifully. I think that most people won't have a lot of issues with these threads unless they intend to move the moderator from rifle to rifle constantly. Even then if you are careful the threads should hold up as well as Delrin threads hold up. TKO cuts threads in Delrin on some of his moderators. Mine have held up well. I will be making them with M10 x 1 threads to fit Stormriders and Dragonflys (when the adapter is removed) and 1/2 x 20 UNF threads to fit Dragonflys with the adapters installed. There will also be identical models without the lettering which have 1/2 UNF threads and/or EZTap steel threads installed. These are small moderators intended for lower powered pellet shooters. I have not tested them yet on a fifty foot pound slug shooter. (35 foot pounds yes).
God bless you guys and this country. Thanks for letting me be part of this community.
