OK so I won't quote you, but sounds interesting. AMP adjusts up or down?? Even the current Huma reg replacements for the Impact can only adjust one way under pressure. Up or down, this could be interesting. . . . . . . . . . That might make the Dreamline Bull pup more interesting than a Wildcat. . . . . . .
Michael is right. The stronger plates in the amp are there to prevent creep and manage bigger pressures. It adjusts up and down without harming the rifle. Steve
This is not 100% accurate. You MUST fire the gun when adjusting DOWN in pressure to relieve pressure built in the regulator between small adjustments...not doing this will cause damage (to regulator seat / piston) if you continue to lower pressure without dry firing the rifle in between small adjustments..Just a heads up.
Regulator will still exhibit 'some' creep like every regulator when theres a high enough pressure differential between HPA side and Plenum side and the gun sits long enough, if I am wrong and their design is robust enough to prevent all creep then...I'll have to retrofit one of these regs.
