FX Dreamline classic issue

Got a brand new fx dreamline classic in .22 and can’t get it to shoot over 350 fps. I have set the reg to about 125, played with the hammer spring tension and power wheel. But can only get a drop in velocity no increase.

Maybe dumb question, but how is the fill pressure? And can You rule out the chronograph?

Brand new ?! shooting like that ? I'd be calling for a fully paid Return Authorization from the dealer and a replaced rifle.
