I installed the new .30 cal V2 huma tp, pin probe, and power spring. Now the cocking is horrible and put the original pellet probe back in and now can’t even pull back cocking lever to remove mag.

Sounds to me like the spring may be binding. Have you tried removing the power spring and putting the original back in to see if that solved the problem? I have a couple of those Huma pin probes coming, one in .22 and one in .25. I sure hope they don't give me problems.

Have you tried removing or at least pressing the trigger as you were in the process of reassembling?

Both are great places to start.
Make sure your pinprobe screw is not screwed in too hard as it would bend the probe making it impossible to cock/remove magazine

Turns out that the cocking lever is bent where the bar attaches to the carrier those little hubs with the pin is bent also the hinge pin is bent to. So have to order new parts
