Hi All,
Picked up the dreamline one day to find the bottle with no pressure.
Filled it up to find air coming out of the barrel.
Thought I’d disassemble and have a look around as found a few issues from the previous owner.
Anyway, took the reg bottle off and the valve at stem, spring and holding plug fell out (this was talked about on another thread by someone having the same issue, you’d hear something inside the gun sliding as you pointed the pcp up and down), there a slight chip out of the back side of the seal, didn’t look like it would be an issue though.
I re-assembled and started applying pressure but same leak.
Started to look at disassembling the power wheel adjuster but my PCP is the series one with no screw on the regulator side like the current YouTube videos. When I pulled the power wheel off, there’s a pipe with Orings remaining and the ball stopper wedged underneath under spring pressure, so I can’t install the power adjuster without removing this inner section first.
Has anyone got a video or tips on how to remove and assemble the power adjuster ?
I’ll take some more pictures tonight if needed.
The serial number is pre 190400
The picture of the plug next to regulator is what I’m trying to remove.
