DRS Pro .25 slugs

So, I just committed to a DRS Pro in .25. I am new to PCP's, so I am inexperienced with slugs. I hope you'll forgive my ignorance and teach me something:

If I am primarily taking pests at range, (picture a raccoon on top of a chicken coop 100+yds away) what are the projectile weights I should be considering? I'm sure it goes without saying, but I'm primarily concerned about accuracy, but I also need serious penetration. Where would you start? What has been your experience?

Thanx!

H&N Heavy 38gr to 46gr. are extremely accurate from my DRS Pro 25 700.
I use the 40gr at 980fps

My DRS Pro is also extremely accurate with the 40gr Javelin slugs, but they don't expand as well as the H&N Heavy slug

This slug was recovered from a 90 yard target.
