Dual female DIN300 adapter or M/F DIN300?

Trying to find a dual female DIN300 or a female to male DIN300 adapter. All that I found was a dual female from China.

Does anyone know of another supplier for one or both?

Correction- the tracking shows that it's coming from the Netherlands
