This jack popped up about 25 yds in front of me during our morning walk before sunrise. My Macavity MA2 .30 didn't show any forgiveness. Sorry for the grainy pic, flash on my phone sucks.

How happy are you with your MA2? From what I've seen & read I'm surprised you don't hear much on the forum about them. I personally think they're a lot of gun for the money.

I have been very pleased with it. It definitely has decent power (80fpe). It has been very accurate with JSB 44.75 gr and AEA 45 gr. I've been consistently hitting 1" targets at 50 and 75 yds. Groups at 100 and 125 are still decent, but loses quite bit of energy by that time. Yet it still hits hard. It'll swing steel gongs up to 100yd, and still move them decent at 125 with an audible report of contact. So it has lived up to the hype. When I want more power and range, I grab the Bulldog M257.
