FX Early Fx Impact MK1 brass piston

Hi all,

I'm just rebuilding a MK1 Impact and the reg is all over the place. Rather than replacing the piston with the factory delrin one, I was wondering if FX now do a brass piston?. I've asked my dealer, but he doesn't know. I was hoping that someione might be able to furnish the FX part number if they do one. I believe its the 14mm one.

I know they make a brass piston now. I would contact either Utah airguns or cape fear airguns to get one ordered.

You would also need to know if your Gen1 has the short reg piston with 11 x 8mm diameter belleville washers or is actually a Gen2 like mine with the longer 8mm piston and 16 x 8mm diameter washers. Before you start changing things around.

Att this point jusst replace it with a Huma.

You can get 16mm brass piston from FX. If your mk1 is initial model then it needs 14mm piston, which I understand FX is not making in brass.
