Easy way to see pellet holes in a paper targets at a distance

@Stubbers Pistol shooting with iron sights for me presents this challenge. Binoculars are an easy solution, but the breaking of my grip and such sucks after each shot.

Careful guys. You might not want your wife to see this. Might give her ideas.
My wife had our youngest son at 47.
Our first 2 sons are awesome, and the 3rd is a charm. But I almost fell over when she told me she's expectingo_O about 20 years ago

@KWK 😅 It took a second for men to get this comment. That's funny. I have a cousin that this happened to. Her story is hilarious. Back to the topic at hand. 20 year old baby camera monitors will probably make your kid look pixelated like Qbert or one of the Super Mario Bros. Maybe you can get away with using a 1.3 megapixel camera for a target cam, I don't know. I just remember those cameras producing blocky looking photos.

Yeah both of those are going to require a Wifi connection to your router (which might not be available depending on where you're shooting.) You want something that connects point to point that doesn't require Wifi, like:

Years ago I did this in my basement with a CCTV camera an TV as a monitor. It helped tremendously in “calling my shots” for 10m AP.

I’m looking to duplicate this setup in my TX garage but using modern WiFi camera and monitoring on my phone or tablet.

I will search the archives here…or create a new thread.

Not bad! This monitor looks like it would show resolution quite well on single bull 10m AP target….would you advise? Also…I’ll read more…but please share the source of the camera/monitor. That’s very economical.

I bought a wifi camera but the wifi doesn't reach the 75 yard range. So still experimenting.

tapo are good security cameras.
here’s the one i use. you can zoom, overhead mount and rotate these ones. you can record onto a micro sd memory card too.
