ebay chinese carbon fiber bottle 2L

anyone have experience with these?
the one im looking at is the 2L size.

does this size require hydro testing?
does the carbon bottle on an fx gun require hydro testing also?

Carbon fiber tanks that you get from ebay will not be DOT certified, and no facility will run hydro test or fill them for you without certification. So you save few dollars, but you are on your own with all the risk, filing it yourself.

FX bottles come with DOT certification and have valid hydro for first 5 years of service life, and then require to be hydro tested every 3 years.
