EDgun Edgun Leshiy 2

Alpha makes their own barrels., They are made in Russia. I suspect we will be delayed a few weeks , but I don't suspect it will affect the other pre-orders significantly.

Let me speak from my hear! :)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SURGrWNK4-4

First of all I am sorry for the last vids I didn't made the subtitle for. The point is that we were travelling a lot with Igor. We visited Alfa Precision factory, Molot Arms factory, Dedal company. So, while being on the way I just didn't had time to make it :)

Anyhow, the first video (when we are in the plane) I was commenting the photo I got from one of my dealers, showing the steel part made instead of the plastic ones. The main point was that we have calculated everything and though steels seems more relaible in fact it is not so. Very important thing for that sheme is the weight of the parts, inertia and so on.

The second video was about the guy who has made those parts (we knew who he was towards that time) and we were just trolling him, but without any anger, just like good friends. :)

The third video was from Dedal factory, we will start at least two more scopes with Dedal, on reddot and the other 2x magnification especially for L2. As all Dedal products they are suberb quality. I hope you will like them.

Now about the guns and the delivery data. We have invited our Russian representatives to the assembling point to train them to assemble, service and repair the guns. So, all those 100 guns were assembled by them, so that is normal could be some problems. We did it especially, in order to find out the weak points of the assembling process. And we were in a sucsess, they opened some problems for us which were fast removed. The second issue was the parts. The point is that we had 104 changes to the design of the gun in comparison to the pre-production version. That is absolutely normal that we got some other issues, by fixing the previous :) So, we can consider those 100 guns as new pre-production test batch. And it worked! And we did it in Russia and for our representatives especially for take a 100 % of the situation in comparison to we would send it to the customers.

Now we found a weak point (the cap of the indexing spring) we have changed the drawing, ordered the parts and will get them soon. That is why we have some delay, plus to the delay of the LW and Alfa Precision barrel delivery due to the point Brian have mentioned. So, first 200 L2 to USA I expect Brian will have during August. And those guns will be fixed already from the bags we got at fist 100 guns we gave to our Russian representatives (they will be fixed as well, don't you worry). And, as usually, we don't leave anybody without any help whatever happens with the guns, we have plenty of the part to replace, repair and service!

You will just enjoy it, I am sure!

Yours trully

Ed

Hi Ed, don't worry about the translation, we love your real time updates, we know your team is very busy and highly appreciate you taking the time to keep us informed, no other manufacturer I know of would do that, following the product as it evolves adds to the joy of ownership - please keep it coming...in Russian or whatever, we will sort it out in the comment section anyway :)

On another note, would you please ask the guys at the Dedal factory to consider making the mounting screws and threads on the Dedal scope a wee bit longer?, there is room for that - or make stainless steel inserts - I stripped the treads on a new scope while using a coin and fingerspitzenefuhl

..but for me not a problem, will make a repair with a stainlees coil insert
