EDgun Edgun Leshiy 2

Is this an updated way to change the barrel or has it been the same but never really shown with the prototype?

That looks like it might be one of the “small updates” since the prototypes. I remember seeing Brian making sure the barrel sits flush by using a flat razor to push it down flush at the breech. In this vid it looks like it locks in flush automatically. 👍

I am so chomping at the bit!

Now with the longer barrels and mods on top of the already known different sized tanks, more than ever I wish it was being sold it true kit form. The gun as the core, but no air supply barrel, mags or barrel accessories. That way you could layout what you'd like from the get go without worrying about having purchased something you're really not going to make use of much or at all.

It might have even helped production and probably would end up with even higher sales tickets (🤯🤯). Not that I'm eager to even spend what I'm spending let alone want to spend more....but it looks like I'm going to be doing it anyway 🙄 as I didn't come this far to not get what I want.

Of course it's my secret that I'm sharing with Brian alone....until the bill hits the statement. Then all⚡🔥 will come as the wife becomes a 🦖 for a spell 🤣🤣

Yes a smart move from Ed to make sure the barrel is mounted in the correct position, the Leshiy Classic barrel have the o-ring as counterpart where L2 has the magazine so will not be so forgiving

Thanks. I had to rewatch the video.

A shooting buddy bought a Dan Wesson revolver, had no mechanical understanding what so ever, never did use the gauge, in his hands this silly thing had only two setting - total cylinder lockup or blowing hats of innocent bystanders

So correct head spacing is important...and safety glasses with side protection

So I’ve been thinking about slugs (longer, heavier ones) and how they might be hand loaded into the L2 for single shot firing. Since the magazine is necessary to fire the gun and the magnetic cover is needed also, not just to hold pellets in but to help with proper cycling of the magazine, would the simplest modification to allow hand loading slugs just be to make a magnetic cover with holes the same size as the chambers in the magazine? This would essentially allow the L2 to work the same as the L1 for single shots using custom slugs that wouldn’t otherwise fit in the magazine for proper cycling. The action doesn’t need to be changed at all, and hand loading would work just like the L1. Just need a cheap, modified magazine cover that allows slugs to pass through it as youd feed them into the magazine and part way into the barrel depending on how long they are. Am I on the mark with this thought?
