EDgun Edgun Leshiy 2

Hey Towle,

Great link.......so as usual with the internet ED gets blasted with all sorts of typical ignorant questions he feels he needs to respond to......I would ignore them but he's trying hard to accommodate without offending....Class Act..... But I really need to know if I buy a really good Huma regulator and pump it up to 300 Bar how many squirrels can I shoot at 60FPE and what are the ballistics for every pellet made in every caliber? Oh,also can I run out of air and tether my 97 CF tank in 5 seconds without degassing....Can't order until I know these simple questions.....LOL

So.......42cc plenum.....50-150...bar ....looks like maybe transfer port changes easily.....I'm still in ED....take my money.....

Cheers,Scott

Sooooo, Aprx. $2500 and you must pay 100% at time of order with 500 (1 month's production) already paid for ??? Interesting pricing!

Huh? What? Where are you coming up with this. Unless it was said by either Ed or Brian in writing that you read first hand then don't believe anything you read yet.

Just like Ed laughing at the Humaheads on the UK site. The gun isn't even out. The specs haven't even been revealed in full. Yet everyone's looking at how they can CHANGE the gun. I pay no credence to anything until someone who isn't a ***** puts up some solid data. The only solid data we have now is directly from Ed:

  • 250mm or 350mm barrel
  • .177, .22, .25, .30 calibers
  • 50-150bar regulator

Respectful wishing of features and specs is cool. The petty whining and banter is just that - petty. I'm and getting some personal entertainment from the chest puffers though - oh, IT has THAT FEATURE, well I'M NOT BUYING ONE FOR SURE! IMO - good, more stock for me and the people who actually appreciate Ed's products.

Now who's being a *****? I remain non committal until I know the weight and length of the gun, if the trigger is 1 or 2 stage, if/how the power adjusts, the cost of the gun in USD, what is necessary and how difficult to change calibers, and a few other critical details. I do not care about the details of the pre-order process. I care about the details on the gun, which IF available in other parts of the world, should be readily available. The longer it takes to provide them, the more likely there is a good reason. My now deceased father had a saying for many as salesman-"you want to sell me something but do not want to tell me about it-keep it a secret".

Not nearly enough information to make me get on a pre-order list.

@ctshooter I highly doubt the V2 will be under 1800 dollars USD. Getting a completely newly designed gun that has way more complex features than the original, there is no way it will only be 150 more than v1.

Oh I agree - I'm just saying that the price speculations are all over the board. I do question a >$2K price though.

I'm not trying to sell you anything or get you to sign up on the list. I simply provided you with some of the info you requested from the user manual.

@cmatera ed doesn't care. He has publicly stated in videos, if you don't like it don't buy it.

I remember him stating in one of his videos that he encourages people to try out other airguns and not just EDgun. He also made an analogy that it's like women. Try different ones and don't just settle for the first one lol. One thing you have to remember is that Russians in general are very straight to the point. I'm not sure if he ever said "If you don't like it, don't buy it". He has to care to a certain extent about his customer base. I really don't think that he just doesn't care otherwise there would never be an R3M, R5, R5M, Lelya 2.0 and the Leshiy 2. In regards to the rumors of the estimated cost, we have to remember that the L2 is not being made in the U.S. It's being made in a different country with other related cost to bring it to the U.S. I guess we'll wait and see.

Guys, when Ed is ready he will do a full kick butt overview, I have not asked for one dime of money from anyone. I have had offers to take full payment today and every day since this came out. I have not accepted one red cent. I won't until Ed explains the gun. Yes, I could explain it but this is Ed's baby, it is his right to come on here and address all issues and questions (like he always does). No need for emotions, after Ed shows you the gun then you can decide if it is right for you. We are not selling insulin, you'll be able to make an informed decision.
