If your barrel is choked it should be LW, the APs are not choked.

The Alpha barrels I sell are spec'd differently than what has been screenshot FYI, this is why I use them, they allow me some flexibility

Bighun, you got from Travis? you got an AP

Thanks this what I wanted to know, not really for myself but for a friend :) . Also I have a choke as I could feel some resistance with a barrel snake but honestly I did not investigated to a full extent.

All this barrel talk has me wondering: I got a 450mm barrel with a Valkyrie kit. Who made that barrel, what is the twist rate, and is it choked?

So far, I have only shot JSB pellets with it, but I just got some slugs to try . . .

What is the nessesety to know who has made the barrel? What can it give to you? The barrel is either good or bad, doesn't matter who has made it. The practice is the criteria of the truth. Brand doesn't matter.

Twist rate is measuring with the cleaning rode -- one minute with the prepartion.

If the barrel has choke or not is clearly defined with the same cleaning rode and the pellet pushed trough -- another minute.

I don't really care about the brand, what I was most interested in was whether it was choked or not. You are right, I can figure that out on my own with a little effort. It also wasn't clear to me that the Valkyrie barrels were from the same source, sounds like they are. It shoots pellets fairly well, not the best I've had but decent. I haven't tried the slugs yet, hoping to do that soon. This is my 5th Edgun, I've been pretty happy with all of them.

Glad to hear that you are happy with EDguns :) And, please, don't consider my post as the kind of affront, I, indeed, bewilder reading questions answers to which can be found out so fast and easy, like I wonder if my barrel has a choke? :)

Maybe that is the deformation of my consciousness, caused by the living in the Soviet Union and now in Russian federation. We, mostly, here are used to not to believe anything we are told about but try to check out the facts ourselves. So, if I am told the barrel is chocked/unchocked and that is important for me I just check it out myself, being sure that even if my question is answered by the manufacturer there can be some mistake, you know, the human factor :) So, it is better to check it out myself and be completely sure in the right answer.

Edgun? Do you have some solution for me?

This air stripper works great = blows the dust from my bench, but I would like to find some end-cap for the rail to cover the end opening a little bit and eventually find a matching shape stripper....

I don't know if anywhere on Earth exist a same F stupid lawmaker that prohibits having even a name "LDC" in an airgun related Dictionary, but Canada must be special in one or the other way (a longest C19 lockdown in a World aside).

Anyway, I am looking for some solution....a bracket or end-cap I can re-use from your parts library? or I shall design a 3d printed part?

There the adapter is turned out, under the thread of the bleed screw and the mate part under the thread of the pressure gauge, with a fluoroplast gasket

Thanks for posting, looks like it would work but wouldn't think it would look/work any cleaner imo.

yes that would stick out too far to be practical. Ok for a quick install to adjust the reg but the new reg has the plugged port for the standard 1/2 gauge. I was thinking eliminate the bleed screw and bore a hole centered in that area to accommodate a standard gauge like this.

So I want to be the voice of reason.

Who cares about the extra gauge? Remember this is system is not conventional, I know there has been some confusion about how the system works, but now that the patent is official you can read about it, power plenums and other voodoo are not needed. We normally have to know what the regulator is set at because if it is set too high the valve won't open. This valve doesn't care about reg settings Now just put it on a chronograph. set it and forget it. I know it's hard to let go, but say goodbye to 6 gauges and 4 regulators on your gun 😈. I set these up all day, Ed is right, use his chart and put it on a chronograph
