EDgun Edgun Leshiy 2

Does anyone know if i can replace part 31 LSA242223 with something generic from the hardware store?
I currently do not have the original part so cannot see what kind of material is.

Yes you can - take a caliper - measure it - write down on piece of paper - find it in any generic store - and replace.
Is that a 3mm bearing ball? I think I got those years ago a full bag a life long worth for peanuts, from aliexpress.

You are concerned about the material and coatings because you are worried about corrosion or some secondary issue like that? Like BigHUN said, I suspect these are just steel fasteners. That said, I do not know for sure. This issue is likely already raised earlier in the thread with a response from Ed. Rather than reading 200+ pages, likely someone who knows will respond, eventually.

Well, the problem is, the old front plug used to have a steel ball underneath and the hole was one mm narrower. But the newer plug seems to have this other part, no idea what it is. But I used a piece of o ring and it works fine as well.

NEWB Here. Is it possible to install a HUMA raptor regulator on a Leshiy 2 that DOESNT have a REPR? Sorry for sounding dumb. I searched, I googled, I searched, i joined AGN and did more searching but cant find a straight answer. TIA
No, it’s not possible since the huma raptor is a direct replacement for the REPR regulator. Huma does make a replacement regulator for the none REPR Leshiy 2.
*Edit:
Here is the link for the none REPR huma regulator.

Awesome thanks for the quick reply. I appreciate your help.
What's the biggest difference besides regulators between a Leshiy 2 and a L2 Repr? Is buying a used non-repr still a good value?

The biggest difference on the REPR version is the ability to change power levels without emptying the air tube to get to the regulator and also have the ability to add a regulator gauge to monitor the regulator pressure.

External adjustability. If you are a shooter and not a tuner. The non repr is fine. If you are agoing to tune/experiment/adjust then external adjustment is important.

Yup. Just wanna grab it, load it and shoot. It'll also be ready for those nighttime predators like coyotes and racoons that go after my chickens and goats

My favorite red dot broke 😒, so my L2 will have to do without until I get it replaced. Then I remembered I still have an old aluminium carry handle, originally from a paintball gun. I gotta say... it looks pretty rad on the L2! Haha. The handle's rear sight also aligns perfectly with the foldable front sight.

Im still going back to that red dot though. Iron sights are nice but, I'm spoiled now!

Gotta say, that looks pretty slick with the carry handle and mag holder. Nicely done.

I also got a nice carry handle that came with a RAP4 468 paintball gun At the time. A serious simulation magded marker for sure.

That really changes the whole look of the gun at first glance. Makes you click to see it in more detail. Nicely done!

Hey guys, what’s everyone shooting the 33.95 king heavies at speed wise from their 350mm alpha barrels. Repr reg version. not looking for super speed, just super accuracy out to 100yds. I know the pellets are capable. Is the L2?
Can't speak for the .350mm barrel, but I launch those at 875fps from the 450mm Alfa barrel with good results. Should be easily doable with the 350mm barrel as well, speed wise. For 100 yard work also try 33.6gr NSA slugs in .254, they seem to shoot well at the same exact settings as the King Heavies.

It's possible maybe Brian mis-understood the barrel length or the request. But .5 and .7 with a .25 350mm barrel will be anemic. For a .22/350mm barrel setup .3 and .7 is the optimal nozzle combo. Sticking with 350mm but going from .22 to .25 will require more dwell and thus .3 and .5 would probably be close to ideal.

You'd have to read through all 9 million pages of this thread, but this has been discussed in great detail several times. The basic idea is that air in the plenum get pushed through the nozzles into a small air space which then closes the valve. The amount of time it takes for the air to push through the nozzles is essentially the "dwell" - the time the valve is in an open state. If you think about it - a bigger nozzle will let air in faster, in turn closing the valve faster, equalling less dwell. If you want a longer dwell for either a larger caliber or a longer barrel you need to shrink the size of the nozzle so that it takes longer for the air to come in and fill the space.

The cool thing about this is that the dwell setting becomes valid it any regulator set pressure. This is because the entirety of the valve is exposed to the same pressure inside the plenum. So it's the pressure in the plenum which opens the valve and the pressure in the plenum which closes the valve - so there is only a small pressure differential in the front and back of the valve as it opens and closes. It amazingly simple and complex all at the same time.

Now to your question of - how do I know what nozzles to recommend? Search back through this huge thread again and you'll see extensive testing I've done with nozzle combinations. I can speak to exact nozzle combos for the following barrels: .22/250mm, .22/350mm, .25/450mm, .30/350mm and .30/450mm. The other can be extrapolated comparing barrel volumes.

Hi there. Ive spent hours searching and found your post here. Just wanted to know what jet size I need for a .22 250mm Leshiy 2 shooting NSA slugs in 24 grain. I appreciate your help
