Probably an internal o-ring in that area that is allowing the air to escape to atmospheric pressure, where that screw happens to be the closest to. Just a guess. If its not that end that screw is intended to hold pressurized air back then I question the engineering of this pistol D:

That's the drain screw for the air reservoir. I haven't drained my Leshiy in a while, but I believe there is a small ball bearing under the screw that does the actual sealing, the screw just pushes the bearing into the breech block. I would loosen the screw to fully drain the reservoir (and then press in on the valve stem to verify the reservoir is empty), then remove the screw and make sure the small sealing ball bearing is present and that it and the sealing surface in the breech block is clean.
It does not take much torque on the drain screw to get it to seal up, so if yours is leaking from there it may be debris, a deformed bearing, or deformed sealing surface in the breech block.
If I'm wrong about the presence of the bearing, someone please correct me... I'm going off memory here, it's been a while since I've drained my Leshiy.

There is a bearing ball under the screw, which seals the bleeding hole.Check out if there is some dirt under the ball. Clean it up, can use a little hammer and the ball as the surface shaper. Just to hammer it via steel rod to form the surface for it.

If all else fails then put some PTFE tape between the hole and the ball or alternatively remove the ball and spring and fill the hole just with PTFE tape. Thats what I have done and it seals perfectly. I think there is some design flaw in the ball and spring only method in the case of the Leshiy but I can't figure out what it is.

A skilled machine shop may be able to fix that, remove the old screw, drill and tap to oversize 5mm, repair the seat for a new ball - but it will cost you..
