Shouldnt be hard... Some porting job and ditching regulator or making regulated volume bigger should do the trick.. 112joules at 25cal isnt really that much to ask.. Im not familiar what twistrate R3m has but be noted you need 1:18 as minium to get stability out from such slugs preferably bit faster.
