I got heads up on new L2 parts rusting and they may likely be using a different metal inside. Not sure if ONLY European L2 guns have the rust issue or is it for all inbound including USA.
Not hating just relaying info check your L2s for rust and corrosion thats all.
No rust on mine but rust is just a reality if you don't take care of your guns. Even nitrated, parkerized, or Diamond Like Carbon parts rust if you don't maintain it. Just my experience.
Ditto no rust on mine or any other guns of mine, but of cause there will be rust if you don't keep it oiled, parts like pins, bushings and barrel is bare steel, as it should be for fit
Now this thread has got me thinking about a sub 12 fpe .177 or .22. I wonder what the shot count is with the 300cc bottle. I'm thinking I would have to buy a whole bunch of magazines to be content. My L2 is in .25 and .30cal so I don't have experience with the smaller calibers.
I have a pre-order in for an April delivery for a. 177/250mm. The specs I want to better understand relate to
regulator capacity (adjustable) is
80-160 BAR but there’s a working pressure of 90-300 BAR…what’s that mean and what is the practical value to the shooter? How do those ranges and factors influence function and performance? What is a recommended fill pressure?
