Just wanted to give a shout out to Brian over at Edgunwest. I've ordered several PCP's from him along with Huma Regs and ammo in the past.
The most recent purchase was a big order of 25 cal pellets, but unfortunately, USPS decided to use the shipment box as a hockey puck during shipping, so when I got them out of the box, some of the tins of pellets were crushed pretty badly with deformed pellets inside.
I texted a few pictures of the damaged tins to Brian, who quickly shipped out a new batch of tins out to me the same day, this time with no damaged tins of pellets, arriving to my door a few days later.
Now that's great customer service!
