Sheridan Education needed - Sheridan Blue Streak Model CB (5mm/.20Cal) W/Box

Hello all,

I am am a newbie to this forum and would like to gather more information regarding this Sheridan Blue Streak that ended up in my collection not long ago.
It came from a long time friend who also had some very early Crossman air rifles.
This one is obviously in near new condition with box.

Curious about when it might have been made?
And any additional knowledge on this would be appreicated.

Yes, I will do a search of the net for info, just thought some of you folks could give me the low down with more details.
I am trying to get as much info on this one to provide a proper desription so I can list it for sale.
I have a couple of very early Crossman pellet guns that I will need info on as well and will post photos of them on a separate thread.
I have two BEEMAN pellet rifles that I shoot on occasion, so these need to find new homes with collectors.

What a nice find!

From what I read, that's a '71 year model. Congrats!

J~
They didn't start serial numbers until the second half of 1972.
Here are pic's of a couple 72's, one "pre serial number", and one with serial numbers.
👍
Ill go look up your serial number.

I can only find it on a download file at the moment.
Here's a picture from my download. Yours is a 72.

Education is truly necessary for everyone, regardless of their field or profession. As someone who is passionate about nursing, I have learned the importance of lifelong learning in healthcare. I recently took up nursing research paper writing to expand my knowledge and keep up to date with the latest developments in this field. Education empowers us to make informed decisions, provide better patient care, and make meaningful contributions to our respective fields.
You said an interesting idea, something to think about!
