I got an Element Helix 2-16x50 HDLR scope at the end of May. All was fine until this week. When I turned the mag ring, the whole back part of the scope was turning. I emailed them on Tuesday, got a response early the next day. As soon as I provided them a tracking # for the old scope, they shipped a new replacement. Excellent customer service not making me wait until they got the scope back but shipped the replacement. I have multiple Element scopes and this is the first time I've needed warranty service.
