Had an issue with the illuminated Reticle brightness selector on a Helix 4x16x50 HDLR. Contacted warranty support through the Element website and got a response the next day. I returned my scope on March 25th and have the NEW replacement in my hands today! I own several Element scopes and this was the first issue but I gotta say the experience was great.
