Elevation problem

I have an Air Force Condor which I topped off with an Aztec Emerals Series scope.
I was sighting in at 100 yds but I could not get enough elevation out of the scope.
Do I need to get a set of off-setting scope rings. I'm using high scope ring now.

Yeah, adjustable rings like the FX No Limits, or the Sportsmatch adjustable rings are better than shimming.

What is your zero distance?

With a 50 yard zero, you will be only 3 to 4 mildots of elevation at 100 yards.

addertooth I had it zero at 50 and at 100 it was very low. I was hopping to zero it in at 100.

Best solution is new rings. Short of that, shimming the rear scope ring is the poor man's method. Be careful how much you might shim though. I used a strip of aluminum can sandwitched between two layers of electrical tape, and it was way too much for 75 yards. Add tiny bits of shim material at a time, don't over do it.

I use fx no limits and sportsmatch . Keep a spare set in case of new purchase
