Received this gun back in march, with my friend using a bore scope, found that the lead in was off center and generally, a poor effort. David from epic was notified, and said way back then, they found the same issue, they laid into CZ about it. Now David also stipulated that it did not end up affecting accuracy. Both myself and Steve from AVS slugs agree. We obtained a LW poly barrel, and it was pristine! We have since shot some groups with both barrels. Now our access to range is limited by wind conditions, Steve favors the CZ barrel, I’m mixed, not ready to declare a winner. I find both equally accurate with respective ammo, and yes, the slugs are different in diameter. But the guns build quality is top notch. AAA caliber. But heavier. Good bench gun. I’m sure the shorty would be awesome for woods walking.
