Skout Epoch Cocking handle bolt?

OK so I got my Epoch today and I had already turned up a nice coking handle to put on only to find that the bolt I used is too larger dia, anyway on trying to remove the bolt from the std one I am finding that its, not a normal allen bolt, I can't quite tell just what the head is by looking with a torch and nothing I have tried so far will undo it so does anyone know what it is? Some kind of security bolt, but it doesn't make sense to fit one there.

Turns out it's just an allen bolt and the head was very tight none of the key I initially used would fit, but I found one in the end so off to make another handle.

The epoch uses SAE hardware, metric hex keys do not fit correctly.

It's nice to finally be using that set of SAE allen keys I've always kept in my airgun toolbox. One more thing about Skout that just feels "American". I like it.

I tried the SAE keys that came with the gun, but none would fit, so on digging about in my toolbox i finally found one that fit and even that was very tight but I have sorted it now, thanks.

A nice addition I had made early on to my EPOCH was to fabricate some sleeves being a tad larger on I.D. than the stepped down diameter of the cocking handle.
Made they were vertically split with a razor blade and snapped onto the OEM handle. They ROLL under your finger and really help in fast cyclic of the handle or just having ones fingers not grippy on the handle.
