Tonight I was loading up my rifle for the FT match at Arlington Sportsman Club tomorrow. I haven’t shot the rifle since the Republic of Texas match at ASC back in November. When putting the rifle in the case I noticed a red, round sticker on my scope. I remembered that was the sticker they put on my scope after I cleared the equipment/velocity test before the match. That got me to thinking. When we have big matches such as Grand Prix or State/National championships we should have cool equipment check stickers like they do in ISSF matches. Something that celebrates the big match you shot. If you don’t like stickers on your rifle you can always peel it off after the match. If you do like them it’s a small incentive to make that next big match to collect another.

Yep. Except for the blue, red, and green dots. Ideally the graphics, name of the event, and the year like the orange one at the top.

Yes .. just another "Match Director" attention to details items similar to swag bags etc ... Color dots or a signature on a cheap sticker that quickly falls off don't cut it IMO
