Saw this’d and it looks pretty good! Been toying with composite idea for airgun.
Thoughts?

I get it but I was interested cuz of the composite/weight thinking it would be lighter and, with the right baffling, could actually work better than aluminum. Polycarbonate would/should absorb "sound" better than any metal.......Not a fan of nickel and dime store parts. But, I could be wrong !

That looks like a nice design esthetically. No information on the baffles or internal design. Clearly it is printed in one piece. There should not be a problem with that if might run a bit heavier than necessary if he replaced the printed "tube" with a CF tube but that adds labor. I did not see any helicoil or eztap in the threads. With PETG I have found that printed threads, cleaned up with a tap, are really quite durable if you keep them lubricated and are careful not to cross thread the device when mounting it. I can't speak to the plastic he is using but again keeping the threads lubed it the most important thing.
